By accessing or using our Services, purchasing a subscription, commencing a free trial, or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
We provide online fitness and nutrition coaching, structured training programs, digital fitness products, and related support services delivered primarily through third-party platforms including Everfit.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Where offered, subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial period.
To access the free trial, you must provide valid payment details at the time of registration.
Unless cancelled prior to the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your nominated payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate.
You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before the trial period expires if you do not wish to be charged.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit free trial offers at any time.
All subscriptions are automatically renewing unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment period of eight (8) weeks ("Minimum Term").
During the Minimum Term, your subscription cannot be cancelled.
After the Minimum Term has been completed, your subscription will continue on a recurring basis in accordance with clause 4.1 unless cancelled.
All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply from the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions.
We do not store your complete payment details.
If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is successfully processed.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial paid subscription.
To request a refund within this period, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
All one-off digital program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws which cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the completion of the Minimum Term, prior to your next billing date.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided outside the 14-day guarantee period.
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

All content provided through the Services, including training programs, videos, documents, graphics, branding, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Matt Cantrell.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Our Services may be delivered through third-party platforms including Everfit and Stripe.
Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matt Cantrell from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

Updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
